There is no need to compare whose is more important. The most important thing is that we find out and fulfill our calling. Matthew 23:11 The greatest among you will be your servant. But even the least will be honored. Matthew 10:42 And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward."
Who do you pick to join your team? What criteria do you use?
- diversities - fishermen, tax collectors, political party members, doubting, and even traitor
- potential for growth - from fishermen to fisher of men; doubts to faith
- shared mission - dedication to the cause; 孔子：道不同 不可与相为谋 Confucius: When beliefs and values diverge, one should not plan together.
- Helping them to be the best they can be - Acts 4:13 When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.
